**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
**1. Products**
The products offered on www.dresscodeshop.be are those available on the website at the time of the user's consultation and subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability of an item, we commit to informing the customer as soon as possible via phone or email. All our items are described and presented with the utmost precision possible. The photos and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
The colors of the items may vary depending on the lighting.
**2. Prices**
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes (TTC) and exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the items sold will be charged at the price displayed at the time of order validation, subject to stock availability.
**3. Returns**
If one or more items are not suitable, it is possible to proceed with an exchange within 15 days from the receipt of the order. Before returning an item, we ask the customer to ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The item is in new condition, never worn, with its original tags and packaging.
- Send us an email with a brief description of the issue, along with your preferences (exchange, voucher, refund), and the bank account number (IBAN) if a refund is necessary. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will need to choose their shipping company, and we suggest obtaining a receipt and a return number, and sending the relevant items with the delivery note to Dresscode, Route de Mons, 304, 6140 Fontaine l'Evêque.
- Note: for the exchange to be accepted, we must receive the item(s) within 15 days of receipt.
- If you are shipping an item with a value exceeding €75, we recommend considering shipment tracking or insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of the item you return.
- We reserve the right not to proceed with an exchange if any of the conditions are not met. Rejected exchanges are available at the Fontaine l'Evêque store (kept for the customer for 2 weeks) or re-shipped to the customer at the cost of €4 for delivery.
- If we proceed with a refund and the delivery was free at the time of purchase, we will deduct it from the refund if the customer no longer qualifies for the free shipping conditions.
**3.1 SALE ITEMS**
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, this is not the case for sale items.
**4. Delivery**
The delivery time is estimated at 2-3 business days via DPD after receiving payment. The delivery cost varies depending on the receiving country. It is set at €4 for all orders in Belgium not exceeding 5 kilograms. For shipments to Europe (outside of Belgium), shipping costs are €7, and for other countries, please contact us in advance to agree on appropriate rates. For purchases exceeding €75 (excluding sale items), delivery is free in Europe. Delivery options include:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to a collection point
- Delivery to one of our stores (Cora Châtelineau or Fontaine l'Evêque)
When choosing the delivery method, the customer should ensure that all their details are correct and complete, their home's accessibility, and their availability for delivery. If a package cannot be delivered due to missing information or if the package is not received, the responsibility falls on the customer, who will be responsible for the cost of a new delivery (€4). We recommend choosing a collection point delivery if home presence is uncertain.
Packages left at a collection point will be held for 7 days, after which they will automatically return to our depot. The customer will then be responsible for the cost of a new delivery or can collect their order in-store. We advise checking your order tracking emails (including spam and junk mail).
If a package arrives open or damaged, it is imperative that the customer refuses the delivery, as their own liability could be at risk. The package will return to our depot, and we will deal directly with the delivery company.
**5. Payment**
Accepted payment methods are Bancontact or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and they are secure.
**6. Gift Cards**
Customers have the option to purchase gift cards in various denominations ranging from €20 to €250. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is in PDF format and can be used in one of our stores.
**7. PRIVACY POLICY**
**7.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?**
When you purchase something from our shop, we collect the personal information you provide as part of the buying and selling process, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address to obtain information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.
**7.2 EMAIL MARKETING**
With your permission, we may send you emails regarding our store, products, and other updates.
**7.3 CONSENT**
When you provide us with personal information for a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery, or return, we consider that you consent to our collecting and using it only for that specific purpose. If we request your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will directly ask for your express consent or provide you with the opportunity to decline.
**7.4 WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT**

**7.6 Prestashop.com**
Our store is hosted by Prestashop.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services. Your data is stored through Prestashop.com's storage, databases, and general application on a secure server protected by a firewall.
**7.7 PAYMENT**
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our third-party payment gateway may use your credit card information for that purpose. See section 3.8.

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
